Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 01, 2023.
Governing the physical execution of fixed-fare passenger deployment across Western Australia.

1. Binding Agreement of Carriage

By engaging Maxi Cab Perth via our digital dispatch engine, telephone operations center, or direct SMS, you enter a binding commercial contract of carriage. You agree to be completely bound by these operational parameters.

2. The Fixed Fare Guarantee

Maxi Cab Perth operates on a strictly fixed-fare financial methodology. The price supplied directly by our dispatch operator prior to execution is the absolute final price of transit. This sum is immune to algorithmic surge, traffic stagnation, or driver rerouting. No hidden luggage penalties apply to a standard accepted manifest.

3. Cancellation Architecture

  • Standard Point-to-Point: Minimum 4 hours' notice required for cancellation without financial penalty.
  • Aviation Extraction (Perth Airport): Minimum 12 hours' notice required for pre-booked arrivals.
  • Hourly Deployments (Swan Valley / Weddings): Minimum 48 hours' notice required. Deposits for extensive hourly logistics are completely non-refundable within 48 hours of dispatch execution.

4. Refusal of Carriage Protocols

Under strict mandate from the Department of Transport (WA), our commercial operators reserve the absolute right to terminate extraction or refuse initial boarding under the following parameters:

  • Capacity Breach: Attempting to load 14 passengers into a 13-seater vehicle. We fundamentally will not breach structural safety engineering limits.
  • Intoxication & Hostility: Severe aggressive hostility, non-compliance, or dangerous levels of intoxication threatening the driver or the physical asset.
  • Undeclared Heavy Cargo: Presenting a 9-foot malibu surfboard or hazardous commercial cargo when booking a standard 5-seater asset without declaring the requirement during dispatch.

5. Right to Commercial Substitution

In the event of sudden catastrophic mechanical failure or critical road closures preventing a specific vehicle from executing the manifest, Maxi Cab Perth reserves the right to substitute the assigned vehicle with an equal or higher-class asset (e.g., dispatching two 7-seaters in place of a disabled 13-seater) at exactly zero additional financial cost to the passenger, ensuring the manifest is completed.

6. Zero Alcohol Tolerance

The consumption of open alcoholic beverages within our commercial passenger vehicles is absolutely prohibited by Western Australian State Law. Any attempt to consume alcohol in transit will result in immediate termination of the transport contract mid-route without refund.
